"A system is hurting people and I need to document it."
If harm has already occurred: GCR-003 post-incident record. If the system is still running and you want to build a governance record before the next harm event: GCR-001 pre-deployment or founding period engagement. If you need to understand the structural picture first: run the free diagnostic.
"I'm an attorney and I need methodological background for a case involving an automated system."
HSRL provides expert witness methodological support — methodology declaration, comparator case analysis, and standard of care documentation — as an advisory engagement. The attorney does case-specific work; HSRL documents the structural baseline across 380 comparable cases.
"I want to become a certified HSRL practitioner and build this into my practice."
The founding cohort is open now. Founding membership locks your rate, gives you year-one mentorship and supervised practicum support, and positions you to carry client engagements as HSRL transitions from direct delivery. The practitioner guide explains the certification pathway, licensing tiers, and what a practice built on the framework looks like.
"We're about to procure a system and want to know what questions to ask."
The DOC-03 Procurement Assessment Letter ($145, available April 2026) generates from your diagnostic inputs and formats findings for submission to procurement officers. For a verified procurement record with institutional standing, a GCR-001 from a certified practitioner or founding-period direct engagement is the right instrument.
"I work with veterans / families / people harmed by automated systems and want to help them use this."
The free diagnostic is the starting point. The DOC-02 full report ($195) gives you the complete structural picture to bring to an attorney, an OIG complaint, or a congressional office. For cases that meet dataset criteria, case submission adds the case to the public record — which compounds its value for everyone affected by the same system.
"I'm a journalist investigating a system and need to understand the framework."
Press inquiries get same or next-day response. HSRL provides background briefings, on-record comment on methodology and documented cases in the public dataset, and plain-language translation of diagnostic findings. We don't provide anonymous sourcing or off-record characterizations of systems outside the public dataset.
